Equity Statement

Orchestra Victoria is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to, and/or experience our artform in meaningful ways. We want to make sure that First Nations, d/Deaf and hard of hearing, disabled, gender diverse, LGBTQIA+ and culturally and linguistically diverse people feel welcomed at Orchestra Victoria. Our Equity Action Plan and Accessibility Action Plan will support us to break down barriers and promote equity. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion informs how we work, as well as our programming and our partnerships. We aim to be welcoming, respectful and reflective of the rich tapestry of communities within Victoria.
